How to implement a S2P Solution? #9
Depending on your maturity (see article # 1), our advice is to divide the implementation into four phases.
- AP automation,
- P2, S2C and SRM and Analytics.
ROI is more important with AP automation (E-invoicing) and P2P as those modules will automate low value and time-consuming activities such as invoices reconciliation, manual data entry, purchase requisition, and purchase order management.
1. AP automation
Starting with AP automation seems to be the best strategy. This option can easily be implemented in 6 months because of its low impact on users (only AP professionals will be impacted) and its simple/unique process.
