Promoting your commitment to responsibility: Reports, labels, certifications, and communication
Strengthen your credibility and stakeholder confidence: reporting, labels, and ESG indicators to support your strategy
Given the complexity of ESG regulations and stakeholder expectations, promoting your CSR strategy in a clear and credible manner is a major challenge. Employees, customers, investors, legislators, and major contractors demand tangible evidence. However, many companies struggle to produce reliable CSR reporting and leverage it as a strategic asset.
At Axys, a sustainable transformation consulting firm, we help companies go beyond mere regulatory compliance by:
- Support for your CSR labeling and certification processes,
- The implementation of data management and ESG indicators
- Mobilizing your teams to unite around a CSR strategy
With EcoVadis Platinum certification and AFNOR Engagé RSE labeling, we put our expertise at the service of your CSR strategy to strengthen your credibility, anticipate CSR reporting requirements, and create a sustainable competitive advantage.

Our CSR convictions

Credibility, the foundation of sustainable and differentiating ESG
In a context where 82% of investors integrate ESG criteria into their decisions and where 70% of consumers favor responsible brands, ESG credibility has become a strategic pillar. It is built on three fundamentals: transparency, objectivity, and measurability.
To strengthen this credibility and turn your commitments into a competitive advantage, ESG positioning must rely on recognized ESG labels (AFNOR Engagé RSE, Lucie 26000…) and reliable certifications (B Corp, EcoVadis…). A certified ESG approach is a mark of resilience and attractiveness for stakeholders.

Showcasing ESG, a far more strategic exercise than it may seem
Without replacing the development of a solid ESG strategy, a well-designed presentation of your ESG approach becomes a strategic lever for your organization. The ecosystem of ESG frameworks, labels, and certifications is extensive, and it is essential to align with those recognized by your stakeholders in order to formalize your actions and demonstrate your results.
In practical terms, choosing an ESG label goes beyond simple recognition: when well selected, it becomes an ally in your sustainable transformation, enabling you to innovate, strengthen your credibility, and anticipate the ESG expectations of your employees, clients, and investors.

From awareness to engagement: bringing your teams on board
An ESG approach only succeeds when it becomes a collective project. At Axys, we are convinced that the key lies in the ability to give meaning, and to share goals and progress in order to unite your teams.
Why? Because 88% of employees believe that working for a committed company strengthens their motivation, and 76% say they are ready to get more involved in ESG initiatives when they understand their impact.
A committed company is, above all, made up of people who believe that their daily contribution truly matters.

ESG reporting stops being a race for data and becomes a controlled, continuous process. This allows you to showcase your ESG performance, strengthen the credibility of your sustainable performance trajectory, and enhance your overall attractiveness.

Strengthening your credibility to support your performance
By supporting you in selecting ESG frameworks, labels, and certifications based on national and international standards, we help structure ESG communication that is clear, credible, and transparent.
You can therefore demonstrate your ESG commitment based on reliable and measurable evidence shared with your key stakeholders,
using recognized and valued reference frameworks.
Your ESG communication becomes a strategic lever to strengthen your reputation and create a sustainable competitive advantage.

Internal teams united around your responsible transformation
By engaging your teams and sharing inspiring ESG content, we enable you to create real collective momentum around your responsible transformation.
This internal mobilization is strengthened through the achievement of ESG labels and certifications, which highlight your teams’ work, enhance the credibility of your approach, and become powerful drivers of pride and engagement. Organizations that obtain certifications observe stronger internal buy-in and a lasting collective dynamic.
“The credibility of your CSR approach depends on its ability to be measured, recognized, and shared. We support you with reports that comply with standards, labels, and certifications that reinforce your legitimacy.

We answer your questions
What is the difference between ISO 14001, ISO 26000, and B Corp?
ISO 14001 is an international certifiable standard that enables organizations to implement an Environmental Management System (EMS). This standard helps companies seeking concrete tools to manage their responsibilities on environmental issues (climate, biodiversity, resources, etc.).
ISO 26000 is not a certifiable standard! It is a set of guidelines established in 2010 to integrate CSR into the heart of businesses in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), covering social, environmental, economic, and ethical dimensions. Although it is not certifiable, it serves as an international strategic reference for structuring a CSR approach and labels such as Lucie 26 000, Positive Company, and AFNOR Engagé RSE.
B Corp, on the other hand, is a private, international certification that comprehensively assesses a company’s social, environmental, and governance performance. Unlike certain labels such as Afnor Engagé RSE, the assessment is entirely digital, with no on-site audit. B Corp remains one of the most recognized and credible labels for customers, partners, and investors.
How can you communicate your commitments without greenwashing?
To communicate credibly:
- Rely on verifiable evidence: labels, certifications, quantified indicators.
- Be transparent about your results and limitations: acknowledging areas for improvement builds trust.
- Use clear, factual language: avoid marketing jargon or vague slogans.
Communicate your actions regularly and consistently: CSR report, website, newsletters, corporate videos.
How to get a good EcoVadis rating?
A good EcoVadis score becomes a benchmark of trust for customers and investors and a tool for formalizing your CSR strategy.
To improve your EcoVadis score:
- Structure your CSR policies: formalize your environmental, social, and ethical commitments.
- Collect and document your evidence: reports, indicators, audits, certifications.
- Train your teams: ensure that your employees understand the EcoVadis criteria and can provide the necessary information.
Implement a continuous improvement plan: prioritize areas where your score can improve and monitor your results regularly.
What are the benefits of obtaining CSR certification?
First of all, it is important to choose the right label, as not all labels are comparable. How to choose? There are several criteria for recognizing a CSR label, detailed in a 2020 government report, the main points of which are:
- Transparency regarding evaluation criteria and benchmarks
- Adaptation of the label to the business model, size, and sector of the company, as well as quantitative and qualitative assessment indicators
- The certification process must encourage companies to engage in continuous improvement, emulate best practices, and progress through different levels of certification.
- Alignment with the best international standards and benchmarks known and recognized by stakeholders, such as the Sustainable Development Goals or ISO 26000.
By choosing the right label, you can expect greater credibility, a tool for structuring and continuous improvement, and a tool for internal mobilization.
How can employees be involved in CSR initiatives?
To unite your teams and turn them into ambassadors for your CSR:
- Clearly communicate your objectives and benefits: explain why CSR is strategic for the company and for them.
- Create participatory initiatives: working groups, internal challenges, CSR ambassadors, CSR committees, etc.
- Promote actions: share successes and results achieved.
