During the entire recruitment process, you will be monitored by the same person at AXYS:
Interview with an AXYS manager
Interview with a BU or branch Director
Interview with General Management

Our recruitment process allows us to assess not only your operational skills but also your motivation, maturity, and ability to fit in easily and develop within the firm.
The aims you have for your professional career are discussed in order to evaluate them with regard to the opportunities offered by the firm.
We pay particular attention to the type of personality which comes over and your ability to adapt.
- You will have access to an in-house training programme depending on your level to help you take up your position.
- A Manager / Director will assist you as a mentor during your first twelve months at AXYS.

The day of your arrival
We prepare your work environment before your arrival. Our Human Resources Manager is available to discuss any matters with you regarding your integration at AXYS.
At the end of your trial period
At the end of the trial period, you and your manager will assess your integration period.
At the end of 18 months
The firm regularly organises an integration seminar (in the provinces or abroad) with newly arrived employees and the entire board of directors.
